The arbitration shall be conducted by Arbitrator  in Jalandhar , and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

16. Property Information/Images

User agrees to authorised Zingcity to post pictures of the property provided by him or taken by Zingcity staff or imagon all Zingcity platforms. User also agrees to authorised Zingcity to use subsitute Images for properties listed on Zingcity platform.
